1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and PHLW regarding your use of the website, account services, sports markets, casino products, promotions, payment facilities, and related features. 5. Identity and Payment Verification

6. Deposits and Account Balance

The methods, limits, fees, and processing estimates shown inside the authenticated PHLW cashier apply to your transaction and may vary by account.
Use only funds that belong to you and a payment method you are authorised to control. PHLW is intended for entertainment betting, not banking, money transfer, currency exchange, or storage of unrelated funds. A deposit may be delayed, rejected, reversed, or reviewed if account details do not match, a provider reports a problem, or unusual activity is detected.
Your PHLW balance is displayed in Philippine pesos. You should check the transaction amount before confirming it. Any bank, card issuer, or e-wallet charges imposed independently of PHLW remain your responsibility. 7. Sports Bets and Acceptance of Wagers

Postponements, abandoned matches, participant withdrawals, dead heats, venue changes, and overtime treatment are handled according to the market information available through PHLW.
Do not place bets through automation, exploit delayed data, coordinate wagers to manipulate a market, or use information obtained through corruption or match-fixing. PHLW may investigate betting patterns and withhold settlement while a relevant event or account is under legitimate review.
8. Casino Games, Roulette, and Pusoy
Casino games on PHLW may include roulette, Pusoy, live dealer tables, and other available titles. The rules, paytable, betting range, game history, and result shown for the selected game form part of these terms. Read them before playing because rules and limits can differ between products.
Game results are determined by the applicable game system or live table process. A temporary video interruption does not necessarily change the recorded outcome. If your connection drops after PHLW has accepted a wager, the system may complete the round and settle it according to the recorded result.
No casino pattern, strategy, previous result, or presenter comment guarantees a future outcome. You accept that casino games involve chance and can result in the loss of your stake. PHLW encourages short, budgeted sessions rather than chasing previous losses.
9. Errors, Malfunctions, and Interrupted Play
PHLW works to provide accurate markets and reliable games, but an incorrect price, settlement, balance, event detail, or technical display can occur. An obvious error is a mistake that a reasonable player should recognise, such as materially incorrect odds or an impossible payout.
Where an error or malfunction affects a transaction, PHLW may void the affected wager, correct the odds, recalculate the settlement, restore the proper balance, or take another fair and proportionate step. No party is entitled to benefit from a clear technical mistake. PHLW records may be used when reviewing disputed timing, acceptance, game results, and payment instructions.
10. Promotions, Bonuses, and VIP Benefits
PHLW may make promotions, bonus credits, free bets, cashback, or VIP benefits available to eligible players. Every offer may have separate rules concerning eligibility, opt-in steps, minimum deposits, qualifying wagers, expiry, turnover, excluded games, maximum stakes, or maximum rewards. A PHLW offer is personal unless expressly stated otherwise. 11. Withdrawals

PHLW may require completed identity and payment verification before releasing funds. Whenever practical, withdrawals may be returned to a payment method associated with the verified account holder. Processing estimates are not guarantees. Provider outages, bank schedules, document reviews, fraud checks, or inaccurate payment details can cause delays. PHLW may cancel a pending request and return funds to the account if the destination cannot receive the payment. Players should not share withdrawal credentials or pay an unknown person to “unlock” a balance.
12. Prohibited Conduct
You must use PHLW honestly and only for personal entertainment. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Opening or controlling multiple accounts without permission.
- Using false identity details, altered documents, or another person's payment method.
- Allowing a minor or self-excluded person to access your PHLW account.

13. Responsible Gaming

For adults aged 18 and above: A winning session does not remove the risk of future loss. Set limits based on affordability, not on expected winnings.
14. Suspension, Restriction, and Account Closure
You may stop using PHLW and request closure after pending wagers, payments, and verification matters are resolved. Account closure does not cancel obligations or investigations that arose before the request. If you want a gambling restriction rather than ordinary closure, use the available responsible gaming process.
PHLW may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for legal reasons, security concerns, incomplete verification, prolonged inactivity, breach of these terms, suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, or protection of the player and platform. Valid remaining cash balances are normally returned after legitimate deductions, payment reversals, unsettled transactions, and required checks. Funds linked to fraud, an unlawful transaction, or a clear breach may be handled according to the evidence and applicable obligations.
15. Website Content and Intellectual Property
The PHLW name, logo, page design, original text, graphics, market presentation, and software elements are protected content owned by or licensed to the platform. You receive a limited, personal, revocable right to use the website for lawful entertainment. You do not receive ownership of any PHLW content.
